14-Day Return Policy
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund.
How to Return
- Contact us via the contact page with your order number.
- Pack the item in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Ship it back to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags
- Final sale / clearance items (marked as such)
Defective or Wrong Items
Received something defective or not what you ordered? Contact us within 14 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping — no questions asked.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Place a return for the original item and order the new size separately — this is faster than a traditional exchange process.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit.
