Delivery Areas

We currently ship to Germany and most EU countries, plus the United Kingdom. Additional regions coming soon.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: €4.90 (free on orders over €75)
• EU: €9.90 (free on orders over €120)
• UK: €12.90

Delivery Times

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• EU: 4–8 business days
• UK: 5–10 business days

Orders placed before 2 PM (CET) on business days ship the same day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Payment

We accept the following secure payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed securely via Stripe)
• PayPal — pay with your PayPal account

All transactions are encrypted. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Customs & Duties (UK)

UK orders may be subject to customs duties and import VAT, payable by the recipient. We cannot predict these charges in advance.
