1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to [contact email] before the period expires.

2. How to return

  1. Contact us at [contact email] with your order number.
  2. Pack the items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  3. Ship to the return address we provide. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery costs) to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

4. Exclusions

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

5. Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at our cost.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order — this gets the right size to you fastest.
