Terms of Service (AGB)

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through rockclothing.de between Rock Clothing ("we") and consumers.

2. Contract formation

Product listings are non-binding invitations. Your order is an offer; the contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout (credit card via Stripe, PayPal).

4. Delivery

Delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address you provided, additional shipping costs may apply.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply (2 years in Germany for consumer goods). Report defects promptly with photos to [contact email].

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage.

8. Governing law

German law applies. For consumers, mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Dispute resolution

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
